Mobile Pet Groomer Job Description

Are you passionate about working with animals and providing top-notch grooming services? Zoomin Groomin in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team in Northern Colorado. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for grooming various breeds of dogs and cats to keep them looking and feeling their best. Your role will involve providing grooming services such as bathing, brushing, haircutting, and nail trimming while ensuring the comfort and well-being of each pet under your care.

Benefits: Competitive commissions $400 - $650 per day, great tips, ongoing training, great supportive and fun team, flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide grooming services for dogs and cats of various breeds
  • Bathe, brush, and style pets according to breed standards or owner preferences
  • Trim nails, clean ears, and perform other grooming tasks as needed
  • Monitor pets for any signs of stress or discomfort and handle them with care
  • Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
  • Build positive relationships with pet owners and provide them with grooming advice

Qualifications:

  • 4+ year recent professional experience working as a Pet Groomer is required
  • Knowledge of different grooming techniques and breed standards
  • Cat grooming experience a huge plus
  • Ability to handle pets with care and compassion
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
  • 25+ years of age
